Data collection used documentation, interviews, and observation. Interviews were conducted at five Muhammadiyah Elementary School Pricincipals, curriculum Staffs, Infrastructure Staff and Classroom teachers. Research result concludes that in terms of context, the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Elementary School Muhammadiyah 09 Plus is clear in its vision, mission and objective. But in tern of input, the implementation of curriculum 2013 is not controlled well yet. It is seen from the input of teachers and employes who did not graduate from PGSD but from one field of study. The process implementation of curriculum 2013 is running well, it is in accordance with the procedures established by the government curriculum. There products in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Elementary School Muhammadiyah 09 Plus both in academic was good.</em></p> Muslimah H. The results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test on the Current Ratio variable to the Stock Price moderated by the Return on Equity variable have an R Square value of 0.294 or 29.4%, in which the R Square value has increased by 0.06 or 6% from before moderation. From these results it can be seen that the variable Return on Equity can strengthen or increase the influence of the Current Ratio variable on stock prices. While the results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test on the Debt to Equity Ratio variable against the Stock Price moderated by the Return on Equity variable have an R Square value of 0.548 or 54.8%, in which the R Square value has increased by 0.126 or 12. 6% from before moderation. This research is a quantitative study that uses data collection methods by observing and recording directly at the research site (observation), conducting direct questions and answers at the source using a questionnaire (questionnaire), and documentation by reading literature guidelines. The results showed that organizational culture and motivation greatly influenced the performance of employees at the Public Works Office of Bina Marga, Musi Rawas Regency. However, the real essence of the description of the function and role of the Civil Service Police Unit of Musi Rawas Regency is to cover all activities in creating an atmosphere of public life that is orderly, clean, harmonious, and advanced. So, cooperation and group creativity are needed to achieve this, and this quantitative associative type research aims to prove it, by conducting a survey of 127 employees, the research results obtained: (1) Partially the Group Cooperation variable has a significant influence on the performance of the Regency Civil Service Police Unit. One of the important factors in formulating and determining the APBD is Regional Original Revenue (PAD), where another scheme that allows to obtain PAD is through the implementation of BLUDs in order to improve public services in their work units. Since 2018 until now, the Musi Rawas Regency Government has formed 19 UPTs. All of the UPTs that were formed were one that had implemented the pattern of BLUD financial governance, namely the UPT for the Drinking Water Supply System at the Public Works Office of CK, Spatial Planning and Irrigation in Musi Rawas Regency. This study raises two strategic issues, namely what UPTs can implement the BLUD Financial Governance Pattern and how the mechanism of the Work Unit/UPTD transforms to implement the BLUD Financial Governance Pattern. The method approach used in this study is a qualitative approach where the data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted with a population of 126 respondents. The results showed that partially the workload, work environment and motivation had a direct effect on employee performance. However, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect, namely workload and work environment mediated by motivation as an intervening variable on employee performance. The organizational culture of the environment in the city transport service office of lubukl ─▒nggau research uses a saturated sample with 54 people sample workers in the city transport service to lubukl─▒nggau as research respondents. Methods of data collection on this study are conducted by conducting interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires.
